Amazing friendly, helpful service. Stuart was only concerned with getting me hot water, and the right unit. I spoke to several 'specialists' and emergency companies, and they all over-quoted and just offered a quick fix. Stuart provided me with a temporary unit to stop us having cold showers, and then offered me several solutions based on my hot water needs. Was always happy to discuss and provide information and share his knowledge, and you could tell he actually cares about his customers, not just his sales. Can't recommend highly enough. Stuart is the type of guy, and Galaxy Hot Water is the type of business that exists to help its customers.

Brilliant Service!!We are electricity-saving nerds so after much research we went with a Heat pump for our hot water service and found the Chromagen 170L system which would suit our needs perfectly. Galaxy Hot Water was the contracted service to install the system - Stuart contacted us promptly and before we knew it they were here to do the install yesterday.My husband works in the trades so was on hand to help with the installation if required and we were very impressed with Jeremy who came out to do the install. He was friendly, knowledgable and very efficient - after the first night of having the heat pump we have halved our electricity usage to heat the hot water!! Eventually we will switch the system over to being powered by our PV's during the day, but we wish to see how the off-peak night-time heating goes first.Long-story-short - we are VERY happy with Galaxy and would recommend them for any form of hot water system installation or repair.

These guys were great. We had a leak from our existing hot water service. These guys came out to have a look and gave us a few options to proceed. We elected to go with a heat pump due to the positive feedback both Stuart and Jeremy had received from other customers. Installation was a breeze, and Stuart and Jeremy fixed a water pressure issue we had while they were here. Lovely guys. Very timely service. And they solved the problem! Its so nice to have a hot shower with decent pressure again!

I was looking to reduce my power bills and replace my old electric hot water system. so I contacted galaxy hot water and they installed a heat pump hot water system 6 months ago, it has reduced my power bill significantly, would definitely recommend
